This comprises development of the sourcing strategy, evaluation of sourcing options and scope, competitive tendering & supplier selection and formulation & negotiation of detailed service level agreements and commercial arrangements. Orbys also supports clients in existing outsourcing arrangements by reviewing and repositioning them to work effectively and to drive out the full potential value in the outsourcing relationship, bringing work back in-house or transferring it to a better supplier where necessary.
